I'm delighted that I made the decision to join Women's Fitness. I started in Oct 2022 on the kickstart plan. Initially, I believed that the experience would be quite intimidating as I had never joined a gym before. I could not have been more wrong! Everyone was so lovely and supportive. I really enjoyed every element of the programme and learned a lot whilst building up my exercise capabilities. When the plan expired, I decided to continue with my membership and I now participate in classes on weekly basis because I enjoy them so much. I have gained confidence in myself that I never had before and that is thanks to all of the staff and attendees at Women's Fitness.
