The dome from my hearing aid dislodged inside my ear. I attended the ENT Department here in The South Infirmary.
From the moment I arrived - I was treated with the utmost courtesy. The receptionist was so understanding, efficient and kind.
The Doctor was very friendly and put me at ease. He had me sorted with no delay and the nurse wished me well as I left.
