Where Do You Press To Feel The Baby

It is important to understand that you cannot feel the baby by pressing on your abdomen during pregnancy.  A pregnant woman can feel the baby move on its own, but pressing on the abdomen to try and feel the baby is not recommended.

Here are some ways a pregnant woman can feel her baby move:

1. Early pregnancy (around 16-20 weeks): Movements may feel like fluttering or bubbles in the lower abdomen.

Later pregnancy: Movements can be felt throughout the abdomen, including kicks, jabs, rolls, and stretches.
If you are concerned about your baby's movement, it is important to talk to your doctor. They can monitor your baby's heart rate and movement to make sure everything is developing normally.
