If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Chesak is an amazing neurologist, a kind human, who really listens and spends time with his patients. I suffered for many years with a rare condition, saw soooo many specialists. No one could help me, I was just existing, miserable and in pain. I was referred to Dr. Chesak and he truly gave me my life back. He is thorough, naturally inquisitive and genuinely interested in his patients. Through conversations and attention… time and again he found things my other doctors missed, concerning lab work, vitamin deficiencies etc. he even noted an anomaly on an MRI that my ENT missed. He pays attention. He’s really the best doctor and he has a great sense of humor.

Receptionist was friendly, swift to enter my husbands arrival and laughed at his corny jokes. Our nurse was exceptional. So efficient, friendly and a joy to be around. As for Dr Nakano well you can’t get anyone greater. He is so compassionate and understanding. He explained what we are doing right and how we can improve our situation. When you have Parkinson’s Disease it is so reassuring to know you have a wonderful neurologist who is a specialist in this debilitating disease. Obviously we feel very fortunate to have him as my husband’s Doctor.

Dr. Ciricillo is the best doctor I ever had. He had been my doctor since I was 3 weeks old up until 2016. My family and I met him when I was diagnosed with a congenital disease of the brain called Hydrocephalus at birth. This man saved my life! I was referred to Dr. Schrot for a history of Tarlov Cyst disease in 2019. There are just a few skilled TC surgeons in the United States. Dr.Schrot is world renown in his field of practice. He is kind, empathetic, and more importantly a skilled and very intelligent neurosurgeon. He has a wonderful bedside manner, a great sense of humor, and truly cares about his patients. I moved to MI for two years during Covid but I always made a point to fly back to CA to see him.

I remember our very first visit after a very scary time with my son, and leaving his office being so happy he's the one handling my son's brain injury care after 2 different strokes. Dr. Grant cares very much for his patients and their families. He takes time to answer questions and doesn't rush you. He helped us recently navigate a very frustrating time with our pharmacy approver and got the prior authorization handled when I had given up because he knows what our son really needs. He really does have his patient's best interest at heart. If your child needs a neurologist, your child is in good hands with Dr. Grant.

Recently underwent a cervical discectomy and fusion. When Dr. Chan first reviewed my MRI and called me for a consultation, I couldn’t believe how thoroughly he went back through my chart and asked me about several things that dated back, over a decade. At the in-person visit, he took the time to explain all of the findings and options to my husband and me, and he answered any and all questions we both had. I went into the surgery knowing what to expect and feeling confident in his abilities. Now, I’m only a few weeks out in my recovery, and, although I still have a way to go, the symptoms that brought me in to see him are gone. I highly recommend him as an excellent surgeon, and, as a bonus, he’s a very nice guy. (Office staff is wonderful, as well!
