Dr. Simpson was terrific! Our appointment started on time and the support staff were kind, courteous and profession. Dr. Simpson (and all the staff with whom I interacted) had a positive demeanor. Dr. Simpson remained present and engaged throughout our visit. He carefully reviewed the empirical data (labs, tests etc) and integrated it with my lived experience. Dr. Simpson listened to my concerns and explored them further (discussion and testing), demonstrating both empathy and expertise. This is what a good healthcare partnership looks like - we worked together, to consider the issues and possible courses of treatment. I left the appointment feeling heard and well cared for. Exactly what every patient hopes for from their healthcare experience.

She is a very good doctor. She cares about her patient, always responses to my email immediately. When I am having a flare up, she is able to see me immediately. I really appreciate it. She always encourages me on my down times and gets me off steroid. She also sent out emails and notes for me to fighting against insurance denial of brand medications and copayment assistance. Traditional way of treating my condition is using steroid, which causes lots of side effect. She puts me on new drugs and manages my symptoms without steroids. She is a doctor you can trust.

Dr. Krieger takes the time to answer any questions I may have. Before I started seeing Dr. Krieger, I interviewed several doctors for the care of my MS. Dr. Krieger was FAR and above any of the physicians I interviewed. He is extremely knowledgeable about MS and the treatments available. He is compassionate, kind, funny, respectful and just a very nice man. I travel over an hour from New Jersey to see him. It is WELL worth it! Dr. Krieger is the best!
