Dr Chan himself is fine but this 1 star is for his surgical scheduler. I turned in my surgical clearance and never received any sort of contact from her. Over a month goes by and I call to inquire about the surgery. I'm told she would call me back. 2 more weeks go by and I call again. She tells me I need to get the surgery done by my previous doctor because they're too busy. Why was I not told this 2 months ago. Surgery is no laughing matter that can be waved off in such a way. Horrible scheduler.
