I have visited this location twice in the past month. I met with Dr. Courtney Lee the first time. She was very amicable and knowledgeable, working with me to try to diagnose my issues. She scheduled a test and I met with Nurse Vivian Norman for the test on my second visit. Nurse Norman was nothing short of amazing. She was jovial form the start and made me feel completely at ease regarding the test. We conversed throughout the procedure like we have been friends for years. Also, during my second visit, there was a scheduling problem. The woman at the front desk (whose name I did not get) was so helpful in finding out what was going on and getting others to help resolve the situation. In short, if you have a urology concern, Optum/ProHEALTH Urology Lake Success is the place to go!!!
