During a challenging period when I dealt with a kidney stone, Dr. Peng provided invaluable and reassuring support. His willingness to take the time to connect directly with me is commendable and greatly appreciated. Navigating the administrative aspects of my visit was efficient and hassle-free, thanks largely to the bilingual capability of his staff. I don't normally write medical reviews, but Dr M Rotman deserves to be known for his qualities. My appointment was not rushed, he listened to my issues, provided the answers to all my questions, and had excellent bed side manners. It shows that he has experience trying to resolve the matter with the least invasive approach. Most importantly, he is an honest doctor with your health's interest in mind and did not push into non-essential procedures with the only interest of money making (unfortunately this has been my perception with many other scam doctors). The clinic is basic, but the service is excellent, including the waiting staff and nurses. Highly recommended if you need a quality Urologist.
