Capital Women’s Care is a very organized practice and I have always had good staff, medical assistant and nurse interaction. The office is a little tight and run down, and it’s always a hassle getting to downtown D.C. for the appointment, but Dr. Picco is consistently excellent.  She is the only doctor I see, and one of the few I respect.  She listens and discusses without sacrificing efficiency.  I’ve been with her for 15 years.  I only wish other medical professionals could follow her example for expertise and bedside manner.
