I have been a patient of Dr. Konanc for six years. I always have a laugh with his personable, thorough nurse as she updates my chart  for my appointment.  Dr Konanc is right behind her  with a thorough review of my chart updates, physical examination,  communicating his observations in a way I understand and allowing plenty of time for discussion of the best treatment moving forward.  I have never felt he was rushed; my appointment time is dedicated to my care. All the while, I feel his concern in his caring manner and have great trust for him having never put me through unnecessary testing while leading me down the path of a difficult five year nerve recovery. As my appointments are concluded, Dr Konanc walks me to the exit door as if I were leaving his home to say goodbye.

Dr Lacin performed my neck fusion surgery. The appointments up to the surgery, as well as the communication of the staff were beyond excellent. They made me feel comfortable, well informed, and confident in their recommendation before the surgery. Cynthia was an all-star! Despite the winter weather, she worked to get everything on schedule for me. She even took extra time to answer my nonsense questions which I’m sure could have been handled by anyone else. My procedure was very successful in my opinion, and even though it’s only been 2 days, I have such pain relief! Thank you Dr Lacin!
