I rarely take the time to write reviews but for this amazing doctor, I want to share my experience as he deserves a million stars. Dr Hanau has been the most helpful, professional & knowledgeable mental health provider I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. He listens to his patients and notes the importance of their words and needs. He also takes the time to explain options for patients and fully explains how different medications work and the reasonings behind his suggestions. He really takes all factors of a persons life into consideration when evaluating a patient. He is nonjudgmental, does not push medication just for the sake of it and more than anything I truly felt heard and understood by him.
