I specialize in the treatment of trauma and dissociative disorders as well as depression and anxiety. I focus more on the connection between the mind and body as a path to healing. I offer short and long term psychotherapy in addition to medication management services (only if you are also an active therapy patient of mine). My goal is to provide you with a safe space for healing, adequate time for empathetic listening, the development of insight, and the opportunity for understanding and compassion.

Psychiatrist in Washington, United States

I have not been a patient of Dr. Rosen's for a very long time, but I can already tell you that he is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. I am still a "work in progress" as far as finding the right meds so I can't speak to that yet, but his bedside manner and in office behavior are unlike any psychiatrist I've ever seen. He is not robotic, he really listens to you and he cares. He never diverts his attention away to a laptop like so many other doctors do. He is very prompt at responding to emails and voicemails. When I had a bad reaction to a medication about 5 months ago in the middle of the night, I sent him an email. This med reaction was not his fault, it was just bad luck. Dr. Rosen personally called me 4 hours later that same morning (a Saturday) to make sure I was OK and instructed me what to do next. He didn't have to do that.

Paul Robison does AMAZING work. His body work is top-notch, but he also takes the time to really understand the context of your physical issues and makes sure to work on the root cause, without judgement. Have and will continue to recommend him to everyone, even though it makes it harder for me to get an appointment with him!

Dr. Fischer is great. He called me back to schedule an appointment on the day I called. He saw me two days later. He asked me questions that made me think about my issues in a new way. I see him every week in therapy. He evaluates my medication regularly to be sure it's helping me. We have worked on improving my relationship with my family as well as my progress at work. Both areas of my life are substantially better. I have suffered all my life from undiagnosed ADD. I have made significant improvement since seeing Dr. Fischer.
