To find this place can be tricky if you've never been. Next door to Subway sub shop downstairs. Instructors are so dang awesome and all kinds of yogi lovers welcomed. Beginners to advance with no pressure! Bring your own mat but they do have a FEW to borrow for the class. Parking? May I suggest the free angle parking in front of Walgreens?

A little late in reviewing, but my memories of practicing at this studio are ALL GOOD. The community really smacks you in the energy when you walk in the door and then the washrooms and all the amenities, while perhaps could be slightly cleaner, were above and beyond most studios in terms of what they provide. But the best of all was the HEAT (what a great sweat!), the teacher and sequencing, and the music!! The music was loud and upbeat and singing together at the end was spesh! I'll be back! xo

I’ve been going to this studio for years. It’s such a lovely and integral part of the QA neighborhood. There are many talented teachers here- Natalie is phenomenal, Morgan is Queen, and Casey also leads a uniquely strong and steady flow. I’m so happy I can support this studio!

Kristine teaches a lovely flowy intuitive class with great music and directions. I felt so happy and comfortable and challenged within my own body and worked up a nice sweat while focusing on balance and core strength. Delightful class and can't wait to take it again with her. Very accessible and delightful permission to do modifications I needed.

Compassionate instruction focused on classical Iyengar Yoga. Tara has been teaching Yoga for over 25 years and is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher(CIYT) as well as a certified Yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapist (IAYT).
