Walking: Walking is the exercise which is quite easy to maintain especially since the cost is minor and it begins when you step out from your home. It gives you instant energy and relaxes your mind. It burns your calories and increases the metabolism of the body and thus helps to lose weight.
Cycling: Cycling or the stationary biking can be the best cardio exercise for the legs and hips. This exercise also burns around 500-1000 calories depending on the pace of exercise. This exercise gives excellent results within few weeks.
Swimming: Swimming provides exercise to the whole body and it also relaxes the mind. The calories burnt depend upon the intensity of the exercise. On an average by swimming one can burn around 800 of calories in an hour.
Aerobics: Aerobics helps to tone the body and it also accelerates the heart rate. It increases the energy levels, reduces the blood pressure and improves mental health.
Yoga: Yoga is the exercise which not only helps to lose weight but it also corrects the posture and avoids stress. But if you are a beginner then you should start yoga under the supervision of a trained teacher.
Jogging: Jogging burns extra calories and keep the body physically and mentally fit. Jogging at the morning time can be most beneficial and it can supply the fresh load of oxygen to the body. Begin the jogging with a light warm up, start by walking for five minutes followed by light squad stretch.
Dancing: Dancing can be a very enjoyable way to lose weight. This will be a good cardio exercise to lose weight. You can start it at your home or can also enroll yourself to the dance classes and enjoy the health benefits.

Long Arm Crunch: This exercise emphasizes on the upper part of the abs and is also very effective exercise for getting a flat tummy.
Plank on elbows and toes: This exercise is important to build up the endurance in the abs and back. This move is also great for building the strength for pushups.
Reverse Crunch: This is also a very effective exercise which focuses on the lower part of the abdomen which is the most affected area in the women. So this exercise is quite useful for them.
Crunch with heel push: The crunch with a heel looks like a traditional crunch but in this you push your heels into the floor which focuses on the abs muscles more than regular crunches.
